Our guest this week is Amanda Everard. You may recognize Amanda as a regular on the popular PBS program, Antiques Roadshow. She is also the owner of her own gallery and on line auction business Everard and Company. Prior to starting Everard & Company she was Vice President of the English Furniture Department at Sotheby’s in New York.
Among many other things, Amanda discusses the difference in quality of photos taken with film compared to digital, the most collectible brand of cameras, how value is determined and how someone with a modest budget can start a meaningful collection.
